Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and automation workflows to deliver personalized and data-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- Create and manage email templates, landing pages, and personalized customer communications.

- Develop dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).

- Write SQL queries to segment customer data and create targeted audiences.

- Configure Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.

- Manage Data Extensions,



data imports, data relationships, and segmentation.

- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs.

- Perform campaign testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure successful delivery.

- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain data quality.

- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to deliver effective marketing solutions.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.

- Hands-on experience with Data Extensions, data segmentation, and automation activities.

- Knowledge of SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce CRM integrations.

- Understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and marketing automation best practices.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
