Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates for Gulf and overseas job opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate sourcing network across assigned locations.

- Generate candidate leads through local networks, referrals, contacts, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.





- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.

- Achieve recruitment and candidate mobilization targets within assigned timelines.

Salary: 22000 to 30000 INR Per Month

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Gulf Recruitment, Overseas Recruitment, or International Recruitment.

- Candidates with prior experience in Gulf manpower recruitment or overseas placement.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
