About the Role:

As the Senior Manager – Projects & NSO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of new store openings, renovations, and interior fit-out projects across cafés and corporate spaces. The role requires strong project management, technical expertise, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Blue Tokai’s brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of new store openings and renovation projects from site handover to final handover.
- Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, execution schedules, and milestones.
- Oversee civil, interior fit-out, MEP, signage, and finishing works to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, costs, and adherence to specifications.
- Drive coordination with Business Development, Design, Procurement, Operations, consultants, contractors, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Manage vendors and contractors, including performance,



timelines, material deliveries, and commercial aspects.
- Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns and drive timely corrective actions.
- Drive process improvements to improve project timelines, cost efficiency, quality, and execution standards.
- Provide regular project updates, MIS, and status reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: BE / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical (MEP), Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-11 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, commercial interior fit-out, or new store opening projects.
- Solid understanding of civil, MEP, architectural coordination, and interior fit-out execution.
- Proven experience in independently managing multiple projects and external vendors.
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
