Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

What this job involves:

• Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of commercial construction projects. • Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution. • Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, design teams, and other stakeholders. • Monitor site progress, resolve execution challenges, and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Drive effective stakeholder communication and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in end-to-end commercial project execution.



• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Solid understanding of project planning, costing, and construction execution. • Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within timelines and budgets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory. • 15+ years of relevant experience in construction project management. • Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of commercial projects. • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.

Required Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil or BE Civil)
