- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models to support business intelligence and reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
