Job Title: Assistant Leader – Retail Sales (RT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Leader – Retail Sales to manage route sales, achieve sales targets, support marketing activities, and develop business in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets for assigned routes.

2. Manage and supervise route sales activities.

3. Monitor stock and cold room operations.

4. Support the team in sales and marketing activities.

5. Maintain records of sampling and marketing activities.

6. Negotiate with retailers and maintain good business relationships.

7. Monitor outstanding payments as per company guidelines.

8. Develop and implement market development strategies.

9. Ensure proper maintenance and tracking of company assets.

10. Identify business development opportunities.

Analyse sales data and prepare reports.

12. Coordinate effectively with team members and other staff.

13. Assist with additional tasks assigned by management.

4. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.

8. Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language (Malayalam).

9. Must be a local candidate from Kochi or nearby areas.

10. Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory; four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
