- Drive Affordable Housing Loan sourcing and disbursement targets for the branch.
- Develop business through direct sourcing, DSAs, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion ratios.

2. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor loan application processing, sanction, and disbursement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain operational efficiency and service quality standards.

3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales and operations teams.
- Set performance goals and monitor employee productivity.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and utilization.

4. Credit & Portfolio Quality
- Ensure sourcing of quality loan proposals.




- Monitor branch delinquency and portfolio performance.
- Work closely with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Collection teams.
- Ensure adherence to risk management and underwriting guidelines.

5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Channel Partner Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and direct marketing agents.
- Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with channel partners.
- Drive productivity and business generation through partner networks.

7. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure branch compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and record management.
- Implement corrective actions for audit observations.
