What You’ll Do

- Design and build scalable, reliable backend services and microservices for product-driven applications.

- Own end-to-end delivery, from architecture and development to testing, deployment, and production support.

- Collaborate with Product and R&D; teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, system design, performance optimization,



and automation.

- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity across the SDLC, including coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.

What You’ll Bring
- 6–10 years of backend engineering experience, preferably in product-based organizations.

- Strong proficiency in .NET, Node.js, or similar object-oriented languages.

- Experience with scalable systems, microservices, SQL databases, and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

- Robust fundamentals in system design, data structures, algorithms, testing, and design principles.

- Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.

- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good to Have
- AWS/Azure, MongoDB, and event-driven architecture experience.

- Experience building AI-powered product features or automated engineering workflows.

- Mentoring experience and familiarity with Agile practices.
