Ecommerce Executive - Website Optimization & Operations

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and improve our e-commerce websites, identify issues, optimize product listings, and coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth website operations and a better customer shopping experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Management & Optimization

* Audit websites to identify errors, broken links, and improvement opportunities.

* Improve product pages, category pages, navigation, and the overall shopping

experience.

* Check website functionality across mobile and desktop.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

Manage product listings, images, descriptions, pricing, and categories.

Ensure product information is accurate and complete.

Website Testing & Coordination

Test website functionality, including search, filters, cart, and checkout.

Coordinate with developers and designers to resolve issues and verify fixes.

Keyword Research & Analytics





Conduct keyword research and use relevant keywords in product and category content.

Have a basic understanding of SEO.

Monitor website performance using GA4 and Google Search Console, where available.

E-commerce Operations

Maintain task trackers and follow up on pending activities.

Identify problems proactively and suggest practical improvements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or website management.

- Basic knowledge of Shopify or another e-commerce platform.

- Understanding of product catalog management and website merchandising.

- Basic knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and website analytics.

- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

- Valuable communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
