SBOSS is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Lead to manage high-volume employee onboarding operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience handling 300+ employee onboardings per month, along with robust data management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
* Handle high-volume onboarding activities, managing 300+ employee onboardings on a monthly basis.
* Coordinate with recruitment teams, HR teams, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely onboarding.
* Ensure the timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, and employee data entry.
* Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, employee records, and HR databases.
* Prepare onboarding reports, MIS reports, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.
* Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and established HR procedures.
* Resolve onboarding-related queries and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
* Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in onboarding operations.
*Required Skills*
* Strong expertise in HR onboarding and HR operations.
* Proven experience managing 300+ onboardings per month.
* Excellent data management and reporting skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage high-volume activities and meet strict deadlines.
*Educational Qualification*
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Postgraduate qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
*Experience Required*
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
* Hands-on experience in large-scale employee onboarding and documentation management.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing onboarding data and reports.
