Essential Candidate Requirements:Minimum 20+ years of HR experience, including 5–7 years in senior HR leadership roles.Mandatory experience in the Infrastructure / Construction / EPC industry.Proven experience in leading the overall HR function across corporate offices and multiple project sites.Strong expertise in statutory compliance, industrial relations, labour laws, and contract labour management.Experience in managing large, geographically dispersed workforces and site-level HR operations.Solid leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience in HRMS implementation, HR process automation, and standardisation of HR practices.Ability to establish robust HR systems, enhance organisational effectiveness, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all locations.
