This role is responsible for analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with organizational goals.Key job responsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting1.Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights2.Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support decision-making3.Perform root cause analysis to address business challengesProcess Improvement1. Map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities2.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs3.Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of recent processesStakeholder Management1.Act as the primary liaison between business teams, Stakeholders and leadership2.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams3.Communicate project status, risks,
