The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve support processes and documentation to increase team efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to cloud-based data integration platforms.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level application environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration best practices.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
