- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and user guides to support software deployment and maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning processes and how they integrate within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in configuring and customizing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, integration techniques, and troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
