Job Description

Lead and develop a high-performing Global Reward & Performance Operations team.

Own end-to-end delivery of reward and performance operations across multiple geographies.

Drive the Annual Reward Cycle (ARC), Global Calibration, Long-Term Incentives, and Sales Incentive administration.

Manage salary benchmarking, pay equity initiatives, benefits operations, and salary survey submissions.

Ensure accurate execution of reward processes through Workday and other HR systems.

Drive operational excellence through standardization, simplification, and process optimization.

Establish robust governance, controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness.

Partner with HRBPs, Reward COEs, Payroll, Global Mobility, and senior stakeholders globally.

Lead transition of operational activities into shared services and global business services environments.

Drive automation, reporting, analytics, and Power BI-enabled insights to improve decision making.





Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery against service, quality, and performance expectations.

Oversee KPI management, SLA governance, service catalogues, and operational performance metrics.

- Ensure strong data governance and integrity across reward and performance processes.

The Successful Applicant

12+ years of experience in Global Rewards, Compensation Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services environments.

Proven experience managing annual compensation and performance cycles at a global scale.

Strong expertise in benchmarking, pay equity, salary surveys, incentive programs, and benefits operations.

Hands-on experience with Workday and HR technology platforms.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale reward operations and transformation programs.

Experience leading high-performing teams within matrixed global organizations.

Strong understanding of payroll integrations, controls, compliance, and data governance.

Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data and reporting to drive decisions.
