Job Summary:

As a Manager within our Enterprise AI Value Strategy job family, you will lead the design and delivery of GenAI-powered solutions across complex, multi-stakeholder client environments, driving measurable business impact. Transform complex workforce and transformation data into meaningful insights, informed decisions, and actionable outcomes for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Architect and deliver agentic/multi-agent solutions for talent functions, driving workforce reinvention and operating model transformation tied to business strategy
- Lead end-to-end AI solution design and deployment across client environments using Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, tool/function calling, MCP, structured outputs and agent orchestration frameworks
- Hands on GenAI experience to lead AI-led end-to-end redesign of workforce architecture across complex multi-tower HR transformation programs, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Workforce Planning, GCC/GBS and beyond.
- Conduct agentic workforce disruption and automation/AI impact assessments, translating findings into actionable talent roadmaps for senior client stakeholders
- Design and shape talent solutions that integrate GenAI and agentic concepts into core HR processes, enabling intelligent, scalable workforce outcomes
- Apply AI fluency across GenAI fundamentals, agentic concepts and enterprise-grade AI to guide clients in building future-ready talent capabilities
- Oversee AI/GenAI governance across programs, ensuring responsible, compliant and transparent deployment of AI in talent contexts
- Act as the bridge between technical AI teams and HR/business stakeholders, translating complex architecture into clear business value
