We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Teacher & Content Developer to teach students from Grades 6–12 and develop high-quality educational content. The candidate will conduct live online classes, assess students’ understanding, and create, review, and improve lessons, practice questions, and assessments using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Student Support

Conduct live online one-to-one and small-group classes for Grades 6–12.

Explain complex concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner.

Identify students’ learning gaps and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Prepare lesson plans, maintain progress records, and share feedback with students and parents.

Content Development & Quality Review

Create, review, and approve lessons, worksheets, practice questions, and diagnostic tests.

Verify facts, formulas, calculations, units, answers, and diagrams for accuracy.

Ensure content is age-appropriate and aligned with relevant board syllabuses and examination patterns.

Identify ambiguous questions, incorrect explanations, and common student misconceptions.

Review AI-generated educational content and provide feedback to improve its accuracy and quality.

Keep learning materials updated according to syllabus changes and examination requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills





Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in concerned subject or a closely related subject.

Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably across multiple educational boards.

Strong subject knowledge.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, with the ability to verify AI-generated content.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify errors in calculations, diagrams, and explanations.

Familiarity with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital whiteboards.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CBSE, IGCSE/GCSE, UK, US, or Australian curricula.

Experience in educational content development, assessment design, publishing, or EdTech.

Knowledge of diagramming and graphing tools.

Proficiency in Hindi or another language.

Role Expectations

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable teaching students live and developing accurate, engaging, and high-quality learning materials. They should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident in using AI tools responsibly to enhance teaching and content quality.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
