Fleet Operations Executive at Goodwill Trans & Logistics Co., Pune, a road transport and logistics company.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan vehicle placement, dispatch and daily trips.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, loading points and unloading teams.
- Track vehicles through GPS and provide timely movement updates.
- Monitor loading and unloading delays, detention and vehicle turnaround time.
- Arrange diesel and trip advances, maintain records and reconcile expenses.
- Manage driver availability, breakdown coordination and maintenance follow-ups.
- Track LR, POD and other trip documents to support timely billing.
- Prepare daily MIS covering vehicle status, trips, diesel consumption, detention and pending issues.




- Escalate operational problems promptly and follow through until resolved.
- Preferred experience: 2–5 years in trucking, fleet operations or road transport.

Required skills:

Practical knowledge of transport operations, Excel and MIS reporting, explicit Hindi and Marathi communication, basic English, and the ability to manage drivers and work under pressure. GPS tracking and transport ERP experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
