We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Senior Electrical Site Supervisor to supervise electrical installation works at our industrial manufacturing facility. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of electrical site execution, drawing interpretation, manpower coordination, and computer-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation and site execution activities.

- Review and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), wiring layouts, cable tray layouts, and panel drawings.

- Coordinate electrical contractors, technicians, and site manpower.

- Monitor installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable trays, earthing, lighting, and industrial power distribution systems.

- Verify electrical work against approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with consultants and project engineers for necessary clarifications.

- Monitor work progress, material requirements, and site quality.

- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, material tracking sheets, and pending-work lists using MS Excel and Word.

- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, MEP, and project teams to ensure timely completion of works.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong practical knowledge of industrial electrical installation and troubleshooting.

- Ability to read, understand, and review electrical drawings independently.

- Knowledge of electrical load schedules,



cable sizing, cable routing, earthing, and electrical panel installation.

- Familiarity with transformers, HT/LT systems, DG sets, industrial machinery power connections, and electrical testing.

- Ability to identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Computer Skills

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Ability to prepare electrical progress reports, material statements, and manpower reports.

- Ability to review electrical drawings in AutoCAD or suitable CAD/PDF drawing software.

- Ability to mark up drawings, identify discrepancies, and maintain updated drawing records.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualification and Experience

- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade.

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant electrical site supervision experience, preferably in industrial projects.

- Experience in factory construction, electrical infrastructure, or manufacturing facilities will be an advantage.

- Ability to independently manage site activities, contractors, and technicians.
