Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile Lead Sales Engineer with a proven track record in selling healthcare imaging systems and integrated healthcare solutions . The role requires strong exposure to sales of CT, MRI, and Cathlab systems , along with the ability to sell service-led offerings including spares, accessories, consumables, AMCs, and CMCs .

Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the Area.
- Drive revenue across CT, MRI, Cathlab, refurbished systems , accessories, and service contracts.
- Lead sales of imaging and critical-care equipment, managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Position refurbished and solution-led offerings with a strong focus on lifecycle value, uptime, and reliability.
- Identify and develop new opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, and institutional healthcare customers.
- Expand existing accounts through cross-selling of equipment, accessories, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, radiologists, biomedical heads, and procurement teams.





Service Contract Management

- Manage AMC and CMC portfolios, including renewals, upgrades, and negotiations.
- Leverage service engagement to drive long-term account growth.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Experience Required :

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare imaging or capital medical equipment sales.
- Proven experience selling CT, MRI, Cathlab, or equivalent healthcare technology solutions .
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement, tenders, and institutional sales.
- Experience managing AMC and CMC contracts .
- Proven success managing large territories; Language Skills :English (mandatory), Hindi (advantage) Education :Bachelor’s degree required Travel :Extensive travel within the assigned territory
