Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering | BSc Mathematics | BBA | BCom | BCA | BA | Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) quotations
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and support
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and service activities for site issues
- Maintain customer service records and daily follow-up updates
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
Required Skills :
- Good English typing and communication skills
- Robust customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical understanding, preferably in mechanical field
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally
Preferred Location : Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
