Job Description: Business Analyst (AI-Enabled Product & Digital Transformation) The role requires gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, driving product enhancements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and leveraging AI technologies to create business value. Core Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of practical experience working on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or AI-assisted business solutions. - Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, business process mapping, and solution design. - Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria. - Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Product Development methodologies. - Experience working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Teams, and QA teams. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools. - Ability to evaluate AI opportunities and translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Must-Have Certifications (Any One or More) - Certified Business Analysis Qualified (CBAP) - PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

Product & Solution Design - Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps and feature requirements. - Analyze customer pain points and recommend scalable solutions. - Support prioritization using business impact, effort, and strategic value.
