We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our finance team. You will own the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, tax-compliant, and delivered on time. This role is vital for maintaining our company’s cash flow and providing a seamless financial experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch Documentation : Generate accurate Tax Invoices, E-Way bills, and Delivery Challans (DC) in Tally simultaneously with physical dispatches.
Specific Qualifications for Dispatch Billing
- Experience : Previous experience in a manufacturing unit, warehouse, or logistics company is highly preferred.
- Skills : Ability to work under pressure during "peak dispatch hours" (usually late afternoons) and high accuracy in SKU/Part Number verification.
- Knowledge : Practical understanding of E-Way Bill portals and GST rules related to the movement of goods.
- Logistics Coordination : Collaborate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the quantity dispatched matches the invoice perfectly before the vehicle leaves the premises.
- Freight & Loading Charges :
Calculate and include accurate freight, loading, and handling charges on invoices based on weight, distance, and vendor contracts.
- Real-time Billing : Maintain a "Zero-Backlog" standard by ensuring every outgoing shipment is billed in real-time to avoid transit delays.
- Transport Documentation : Manage and archive Lorry Receipts (LR) and Proof of Delivery (POD) to ensure all billing is supported by physical evidence of receipt.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education : Graduate in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- Experience :0-2 years** (Freshers with strong Tally/Excel skills are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Tools : Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Attributes : Sharp attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and effective communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
