Software Tester (Manual & Automation)

Experience : 1 Year Location : Jayanagar Type : Full-Time

Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and prepare detailed test plans and test cases.
- Develop and execute automation scripts using tools like Selenium / Appium / Postman / JMeter (as per requirement).
- Track, log, and manage bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps .
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.
- Prepare test documentation (test scenarios, test summary reports).
- Participate in release readiness and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Required Skills :

- Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle .
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of mobile (Android/iOS) and web apps.
- Basic automation knowledge with Selenium WebDriver / Appium .
- Good understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with complex, integrated system testing.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Tools/Technologies :

- JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar bug-tracking tools
- Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter (basic knowledge acceptable)
- SQL basics for database testing

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in software testing (manual + basic automation).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
