Policy Design : Create, simulate, and deploy complex entitlement and authorization policies.

- System Integration : Integrate OES with Identity Management systems. This includes linking with LDAP, Active Directory, and Identity Governance tools.
- Policy Enforcement : Set up and manage Policy Distribution Services, Policy Enforcement Points (PEP), and Policy Decision Points (PDP).
- Architecture : Separate security decisions from business logic. Protect fine-grained business objects (like patient records or accounts).
- Compliance : Audit access decisions and generate reports for security compliance.
- Mentorship : Advise developers and administrators on how to implement OES libraries and security wizards.

Qualifications

- Experience : 15 or more years of dedicated experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically focused on Oracle Entitlements Server.
- Technical Knowledge : Expert understanding of XACML (eXtensible Access Control Markup Language) protocols.
- Familiarity : Deep background with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Java EE, and WebLogic Security Modules.
