Job Description Summary The Salesforce Lead Architect acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, IT leadership and cross functional teams. Will be the key role in architecting and driving the implementing of business solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, as well as excellent technical and communication skills.

The lead Salesforce Technical Architect (TA) is accountable for the end-to-end design of the Finastra Salesforce instance/s. The role is accountable for developing the Finastra Salesforce technical strategy, roadmap, integration and implementation strategy. The role will support our objective to simplify & automate our Salesforce footprint and ensure that we deliver a world-class user experience to Finastra employees. Interacting with users and stakeholders across various business functions, this role will drive delivery of business priorities using Salesforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

- Solution Architecture and Design : Design enterprise level salesforce solutions, architecture and implementation strategies.
- Design data models, integrations patterns, AI strategy & security models aligned to Finastra and Salesforce best practices.
- Leads the technical design and development of Salesforce, ensuring they meet requirements and align with strategic direction.




- Defines and champions technical standards, principles, and best practices.
- Identifies and mitigates technical risks and issues.
- Governance and Standards: Define and enforce coding standards, De Ops processes and technical documentation.
- Develop relationships with members of the Enterprise Technology & Operations leadership team to ensure delivery of strategic objectives of simplification & automation.
- Ensure the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed to a suitable level of quality, on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work in conjunction with the Enterprise Applications leadership team to ensure delivery of business plan objectives.
- Identify and mitigate business & technology risks / issues, proactively seeking solutions to keep projects on track. Escalate to senior leadership as needed.
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues as and when they arise.
- Support in strategic planning activities across the team to support initiatives for the Enterprise Technology & Operations team.
- Work closely with the M&A; team to define acquisition and divest strategies related to salesforce platform.

Skills & Experience :Experience :15 +Years**

- System/Application Architect Certification required
- Agentforce Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Developer Certifications required
- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) Preferred
- Salesforce Certified AI Specialist a plus
- Mulesoft,



Enterprise Integration Patterns (API, ETL, Event Bus).
- Agentforce Architecture - ability to design build & deploy autonomous AI agents.
- Extensive experience using Salesforce Flow & APEX programming language, Apex Design Patterns, Governance, and Security Standards
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ Certification advantageous
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced Experience advantageous
- MuleSoft (or similar Integration tools) experience advantageous
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework and demonstrable experiencing in leading teams.
- DevOps, CI/CD, and Environment Management strategy
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prompt engineering experience a plus
