Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and execution-oriented Dispatch & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch, order processing, inventory, and e-commerce operations. The role will also provide basic support to the accounts team when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end dispatch process for customer and marketplace orders.
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, manifests, and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate packing, courier pickups, shipment tracking, NDRs, RTOs, returns, and delivery issues.
- Process and update orders across the company website and e-commerce/marketplace platforms .
- Manage inventory through software , monitor stock levels, and alert the team when inventory is running low.
- Maintain accurate daily order, dispatch, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Assist the accountant with invoices, bills, payment records, and basic documentation when required.





Required Skills :

- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets .
- Valuable understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations .
- Familiarity with courier/shipping portals and inventory management software.
- Working knowledge of Tally .
- Strong attention to detail, organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take ownership of daily operational tasks.

Good to Have

- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, inventory, warehouse, e-commerce, or back-office operations.
- Basic understanding of accounts and invoicing.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
