About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and support the company's day-to-day accounting activities.

The role involves maintaining accounting records, recording transactions, performing reconciliations, managing financial documentation, and supporting GST and TDS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally / Tally Prime .
- Record and verify income, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Perform regular bank and transaction reconciliations .
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting records.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation .
- Support monthly and periodic account closing activities.
- Prepare basic financial reports and accounting statements.




- Check accounting entries and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Maintain proper records of pending and completed accounting activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Follow company accounting procedures and internal controls.

Required Skills :

- Good understanding of basic accounting principles .
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS .
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets .
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting tasks.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate :

- B.Com, BBA, BMS, Finance, Accounting, or a related degree preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary will be based on qualification, experience, skills, and suitability for the role .
