Job Title : Accounts & Finance Assistants

Location : Por-Raman Gamdi, Karjan

Experience Required : 1+ years in Accounting & Finance Salary Range : ₹15000 PM - ₹20000 PM (commensurate with experience)

- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns , TDS, and other statutory compliances.

- Handle GST audits, input/output reconciliation , and coordination with tax consultants.

- Monitor and analyze daily revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability trends. :

- Oversee creditor and debtor accounts , payment cycles, and fund flow management.

- Prepare and review cash flow statements, P&L; reports, and balance sheets periodically.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts and finance team.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review.

- Manage office administration for Mumbai and Gujarat offices.





- Liaise professionally with foreign shipping lines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Postgraduate preferred).

- Minimum 1+ years of skilled experience in accounting and finance.

- Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliance, and accounting standards. :

- Proven experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, and team leadership. :

- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

- Willingness to travel to company depots as required.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
