Junior Accountant - Palsana, Surat

Job Title : Junior Accountant Location : Palsana, Surat, Gujarat Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month Experience : 6 Months - 1 Year Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records

- Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries :

- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and accounting documents :

- Maintain ledgers and accounting records :

- Assist with bank reconciliation and bank entries :

- Support basic GST and TDS accounting activities :

- Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable related activities

- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents

- Coordinate with the senior accounts team for routine accounting work

- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime :

- Working knowledge of MS Excel :

- Understanding of basic accounting principles :





- Knowledge of purchase and sales entries :

- Basic understanding of GST and TDS :

- Knowledge of ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation :

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to maintain accounting records and documentation

Eligibility :

- 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in accounting :

- Basic knowledge of Tally and Excel is required
