Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Manage sales activities and business development across the assigned territory. - Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales representatives. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/distributor network. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers. - Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. - Ensure effective product distribution and availability across the territory. - Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. - Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives in the assigned area. - Monitor inventory, outstanding payments, and overall territory profitability. - Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth sales execution. - Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes,



and reporting requirements. - Take corrective actions to improve sales performance and market penetration. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Achievement of sales and revenue targets. - Territory growth and market share. - New customer/distributor acquisition. - Sales team productivity and target achievement. - Customer retention and relationship management. - Distribution and market coverage. - Collection and outstanding payment performance. - Product-wise and territory-wise sales growth.. - Strong leadership and team-management abilities. - Highly self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets. - Valuable knowledge of the local market and customer base. - Ability to develop long-term business relationships. - Strong execution skills with a focus on achieving measurable results. - Willingness to travel regularly for customer and market visits.
