Work schedule :Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM till 11:30 PM IST

- Location : EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana - 122011.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with hiring managers across multiple locations, including India, the United States, and Europe, to support recruitment needs across different regions and time zones.
- Create and post job openings on local job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and other relevant platforms.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills is a must.
- 2+ years of prior recruiting experience with exposure to full-cycle hiring, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.




- Knowledge of local recruiting platforms and strategies used in the Indian job market (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and productive database management.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards under deadlines.
- Knowledge of local labour market trends and recruitment best practices in India.
- Comfortable interacting with various Hiring Managers and providing timely feedback.
