Geni Homes is seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to generate leads, meet prospective customers, conduct site visits, present residential construction solutions, and close construction contracts.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, or B2C Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Basic knowledge of residential construction processes
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
