Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage bulk and niche hiring requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and salary negotiations
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring strategies and workforce planning
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong experience hiring for technical profiles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
