Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand institutional sales (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Office Spaces, College Canteens, etc.)

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory

Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

Monitor competitor activities and market trends Prepare and present sales reports, MIS, and forecasts

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients Visit Vaishali (Head Office) once a week for reporting and meetings

Key Requirements





3 to 5 years of experience in Area Sales / Institutional Sales Must have experience in Food & Beverages industry

Strong network in HORECA / institutional segment preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven with strong business development skills

Ability to work independently and handle territory sales

Willingness to travel within Gurgaon and South Delhi region
