Job Summary

A reputed hotel in Bengaluru is hiring a Chef de Partie - Continental Cuisine to manage a section of the kitchen. The role involves preparing high-quality continental dishes, supervising junior staff, and ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency in kitchen operations.

Also known as: CDP (Continental) / Continental Chef

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise and guide commis chefs and junior staff.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Handle mise-en-place and daily kitchen preparations.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef for operations.




- Support buffet, banquet, and à la carte service.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience in a similar role within hotels or restaurants.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
