Job Role & Responsibilities : We are looking for an experienced Bakery Cook with a specific focus on croissants and laminated dough . Your primary role will be:

- Dough Preparation : Expertly mixing, fermenting, and laminating dough for croissants, pain au chocolat, and danishes.
- Baking : Managing oven temperatures and timing to ensure perfectly flaky, golden-brown textures.
- Quality Control : Maintaining consistency in shape, size, and taste for every batch.
- Kitchen Management : Keeping the workstation clean, managing ingredient inventory (flour, butter, yeast), and following food safety standards.
- Current Recipes :



Assisting in developing seasonal fillings or new pastry variations.

Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Technical Skill : Deep understanding of the lamination process (folding and rolling butter into dough).
- Schedule : Ability to work early morning shifts (essential for fresh morning bakes).
- Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for long periods and handle bulk ingredients.

Salary & Perks :

- Monthly Salary : ₹14,000 - ₹18,000 (Based on experience).
- Benefits : [Yearly bonus].
- Duty Time : 9 Hours.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
