Duration: 6 Months Internship

Sankar Group is looking for a proactive and well-organized intern to manage expos, exhibitions, business events, meetings, and networking opportunities across India for all group brands. The candidate will independently research relevant events, coordinate with respective brand teams, negotiate with event organizers, finalize participation, and manage end-to-end event arrangements.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Research and identify relevant expos, exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and business networking events across India.
- Shortlist events based on Sankar Group's brands, industries, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with respective brand managers to evaluate event participation.
- Contact event organizers and expo partners for stall bookings, sponsorships, and participation opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, packages, and commercial terms.




- Coordinate and close approved event bookings.
- Manage brand representatives' travel, accommodation, registration, and event schedules.
- Coordinate stall requirements, branding materials, passes, and event logistics.
- Maintain an event calendar, booking tracker, contact database, and expense records.
- Build long-term relationships with expo organizers, event agencies, industry associations, and business communities.
- Identify networking opportunities and arrange business meetings for group brands.
