We are looking for an experienced business leader with 10–15 years of relevant experience in Equipment Leasing, Asset Finance, or Structured Finance. The role focuses on driving deal origination, AUM growth, commercial structuring, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Business Origination: Drive deal sourcing and client acquisition across asset-intensive sectors.

Commercial Structuring: Design and execute complex asset-backed financing and leasing transactions.

Strategic Partnerships: Leverage existing networks with corporates, OEMs, EPC contractors, and financial institutions.

Portfolio Health: Balance revenue growth with risk management and credit quality.

Requirements

Experience: 10–15 years in equipment leasing, asset finance, or structured finance.

Skills: Strong commercial acumen, financial structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Education: MBA/PGDM preferred; Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or Finance background ideal.

Should have robust conenct with CFO/Fin Dir, of companies rated BBB and above !
