Here's an exciting opportunity to join this New Age Asset Management & Multi-Family Office and work directly with its founding and leadership team.

? Location: Powai / BKC, Mumbai

? CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

? Experience: 5–6 Years

? Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute

? Working Days: Monday–Friday (Office) | Saturday (WFH)

⏰ Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM

? Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic projects and high-priority business initiatives from conceptualisation to execution.

- Analyse business, operational and financial data to identify opportunities, risks and actionable insights.

- Develop executive presentations, leadership updates and strategic decision memos.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across investments, operations, technology and compliance.

- Build dashboards and performance-tracking mechanisms for key business objectives.

- Identify process improvements and implement AI-enabled productivity solutions.

- Manage stakeholder communication and leadership-level deliverables.





✅ What We're Looking For:

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment / Financial Services or similar roles.

- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institution.

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel proficiency.

- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution independently.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot.
