About Shahi Serve
Shahi Serve is an Indian heritage food brand, bringing the heritage of Indian food and royal Indian cuisine into an accessible ready-to-eat format, with no preservatives. We're India's first gourmet non-veg ready-to-eat brand. We started with Awadhi cuisine, and more ranges are on the way. We want an intern who'll help India stop scrolling for it, and stay on if they do.

The internship
Three months inside our Meta ads engine. You'll design, shoot and cut real ads that go live with real budgets from week one. No coffee runs, no dummy briefs.

What you'll do
• Execute 2+ new ad concepts every week, from idea to live ad, across statics, carousels and Reels
• Design performance creatives in our identity: loud, legible, on-brand
• Cut Reels and UGC-style edits: the hook in two seconds, captions, pace
• Shoot basic product content on a phone: the sear, the steam, the pour, the plate
• Learn to read Meta Ads Manager (hook rate, CTR, CPA) and see what works, and why
• Keep a swipe file: mine the Ad Library, comments and customer calls for new angles

You'll fit if
• You're a final-year student or a recent grad. Design, film, mass media or none at all: your portfolio decides.
• You can design in Canva or Figma, and edit in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
• You make things for fun: a meme page, a food account, college fest posters. Show us.
• You think in hooks,



and write sharp lines in English and Hinglish
• You learn fast, take feedback without flinching, and ship anyway

Hit the ground running
• Week 1: Understand all of our recipes, study our live ads, and get your first 2 concepts executed and live
• Month 1: 3+ concepts executed every week, and your first Reel shot and cut by you
• Month 3: PPO review. Your live ads and their numbers make the case.
