**Role & responsibilities:

- Be the primary point of contact for students for academic guidance, course selection, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with teachers to manage class timings, batch formation, and course delivery.
- Help plan and organize class schedules to ensure smooth learning experiences.
- Guide prospective students about our courses.
- Handle the registration process for students interested in joining.
- Share significant information and data with other teams as needed.
- Maintain student records and keep them informed about class updates.
- Work closely with both academic and administrative teams to ensure high-quality education delivery.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Education, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in student counseling, academic coordination,



or administrative roles (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams
- Proficient in using basic office software. MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools will be an additional skill.
- Empathetic, student-focused, and proactive in solving problems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to take ownership and show initiative in daily responsibilities

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
