We are Looking for Counter Receptionist for Foods & Beverages Kiosks ( Nestle )

- Core Responsibility _

**Customer Interaction:

- **Greet Customer, provide accurate menu information, explain ingredients and offer recommendations (upselling)

**Order Management:

- **Take food and drink orders, precisely and relay them to the kitchen or preparation staff.

**Billing & Transaction:

- **Process Cash, Credit and digital payments accurately using a point of sale (POS) System.

**Kiosk Upkeep:

- **Maintain a clean and organized counter, display area and waiting space. according to health and safety standards.
- Key Skills Required _

**Communication:

- **Clear verbal skills to interact with diverse customers and coordinate with team members.

**Technical Proficiency:

- **Ability to operate contemporary POS systems and digital ordering apps.

**Multitasking:

- **Handling a high volume of orders while managing payments and maintaining cleanliness during rush hours.

**Hygiene Knowledge:

- **Understanding of food safety protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
