Job Description : Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to loan products
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and update customer details in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

- 0 to 1 year of experience in NBFC (mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products
- Graduate in any discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred
