Chat Customer Service Representative
Location : Ahmedabad
Salary : ₹26,000 - ₹36,000
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
- Maintain a high standard of communication with excellent grammar and sentence structure.
Qualifications :
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to frame coherent and grammatically correct sentences.
Preferred Skills :
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
