As a Customer Service Associate - E-Commerce Support, you will handle operational and support-related interactions while assisting suppliers, vendors, and internal teams with issue resolution and process coordination. Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer, supplier, or vendor-related support interactions professionally
- Communicate clearly in Hindi and English across operational workflows

Job Requirements : Qualifications :

- Minimum qualification: XII pass
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Regional language proficiency is an advantage
- E-commerce experience or industry knowledge preferred
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and related tools
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
