We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with at least 1 year of experience to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi :
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work from Malad location
