We are looking for a Customer Support to join our team at Detailing studio, This role involves Maintain active follow-ups with all potential leads and update progress regularly in the CRM and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Follow up on leads from Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, Facebook ads, and walk-ins
- Maintain lead status in CRM or Excel
- Convert inquiries into bookings
- Schedule vehicle detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, washing, polishing, and tinting appointments
- Explain detailing packages, pricing, offers, and service benefits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
- Educate customers about maintenance and aftercare




- Coordinate timing with Stores team
- Send booking confirmations and reminders
- Update customer records daily
- Track call logs, follow-ups, and conversions

Job Requirements : The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience . The position requires Clear and confident speaking
