- Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
- Maintain service quality and productivity standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria :

- Undergraduate (Result Awaited Only) & Graduates can apply
- Final-year students (No backlogs) eligible
- Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience can apply
- Freshers are welcome

Salary Details (Take-Home) :

- ₹15,600 - ₹23,000 per month (depending on process & experience)
- Performance incentives applicable

Shift Details :

- 24x7 rotational shifts
- Early morning shifts may apply
- 5 days working




- 2 rotational week offs

Assessment Criteria :

- Blended Process: NV 54+ & Voice 60+
- Non-Voice Process: Non-Versant 58+
