Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage end-to-end assistance for Airtel Black customers via inbound calls. Your daily tasks will include:

- Inbound Support : Handling incoming calls with professionalism and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Issue Resolution : Identifying and analyzing customer concerns to provide prompt, effective solutions.
- Documentation : Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database.
- Quality Compliance : Adhering to internal process standards and quality benchmarks to ensure high CSAT scores.
- Collaboration :



Working closely with internal departments to facilitate the seamless resolution of complex queries.

Required Skills & Attributes

- Language Proficiency : Fluency in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada is essential for this role.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Problem-Solving : The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability : Comfortable working in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
- Interpersonal Skills : A polite, skilled, and empathetic approach to customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education : Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- Language Requirements : Must be able to speak English, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada.

- Days : 5 working days per week.
- Offs : 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Salary : ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Take-home).
